2.長沙地面，需注意：A、地面負責航空器調飛的地勤公司務必提前與報關公司溝通好，做好航空器出境備案（備案所需文件見下）；B、地勤公司需做好海關、邊檢、商檢的三檢匯報工作，并按照出口貨物方式申報；

3.長沙艙單申報，航空器備案后，出口艙單才能錄入，航班號才能顯現在海關系統中（在長沙遺留的問題是，美國N號航班號不能申報艙單，最終以航班號空的形式申報的，日后石家莊申報需注意）；

4.出口報關，原產地報美國，因為此架飛機進口時是以整機申報的，并且注冊的飛行編號是美國N號。

注意事項：

1.此次出口，選擇在長沙報關，下次運作可嘗試在石家莊按照一體化出口報關,長沙配合發送運抵數據模式。

2.出口操作前，需提前一周確認航線，并明確地勤公司，與地勤公司直接聯系，做好航空器備案工作。

Changsha manifest declaration, after the aircraft is put on record, the export manifest can be entered, and the flight number can be displayed in the customs system (the problem left in Changsha is that the U.S. flight No. n can't declare the manifest, and the final declaration is in the form of flight No. empty, Shijiazhuang declaration needs to pay attention in the future);
4. For export declaration, the origin shall be reported to the United States, because the aircraft is declared as a complete machine when it is imported, and the registered flight number is U.S. n.
Matters needing attention:
1. For this export, we choose to declare in Changsha. For the next operation, we can try to declare in Shijiazhuang according to the integrated export customs, and Changsha cooperates in sending the arrival data mode.
2. Before export operation, confirm the route one week in advance, make clear the handling company, directly contact with the handling company, and do a good job of aircraft filing.
